What we do (and what we don't promise)
We work with partner workshops in Burkina Faso (and in Ivory Coast/Mali for certain pieces) to create hand-woven loincloths in small series . We prioritize fair pay , sustainable quality and traceability .
No vague promises: we publish facts and improve what we can, every season.
Fair price & remuneration
A quality loincloth reflects the hand, time and material . The final price includes:
- the remuneration of craftsmen and the cost of materials ,
- preparation/control , logistics ,
- a small margin to keep the workshop running and invest (tools, training).
Each season, we publish an indicative breakdown and our areas for improvement .
